All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made by the client may result in loss of deposit or full payment, depending on the timing.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested in advance.
We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergencies, weather conditions), in which case a refund or reschedule will be discussed.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate event details (date, location, timing, preferences)
Ensure access to the event venue at the agreed time
Obtain any necessary permissions required for decorations or catering at the venue

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

5. Design, Decorations, and Materials

Designs and setups may slightly vary from photos or samples due to availability of materials.
All rented items remain the property of Goldentabitha Signature Events and must not be damaged, removed, or altered.
Clients may be charged for damaged or missing items.

6. Food Catering

Clients are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary requirements in advance.
We are not liable for allergic reactions or health issues if such information is not disclosed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Goldentabitha Signature Events shall not be held liable for:

Injuries, damages, or losses occurring during or after the event
Acts beyond our control, including weather, venue restrictions, or third-party failures

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.
