Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

Deposits cover consultation, planning, design preparation, and reservation of materials.
Cancellations

7 days or more before the event: Eligible for a partial refund, excluding the deposit.

Less than 7 days before the event: No refund will be issued.
Rescheduling

One rescheduling request is allowed without additional charge if requested at least 5 days before the event, subject to availability.

Rescheduling less than 5 days before the event may incur additional fees.
No-Show

Clients who fail to be present at the agreed event time and location are considered a no-show and will not receive a refund.
Service Issues

Refunds will only be considered if the agreed services were not delivered as per the contract.

Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of the event.
Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, venue restrictions, emergencies).

In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed, but rescheduling may be offered.
